Privacy Policy
Member Portal · Last updated September 21, 2026
This policy explains how Revolution Odds handles information in the Member Portal at app.revolutionodds.com. It covers portal access, activity records and optional alerts.
Information we collect and why
- Account and access information. When you sign in with Whop, we receive your account identifier, name, email address and email-verification status. We check membership and relevant purchase information to determine which plays you can access. Manual membership grants and admin roles are also recorded where applicable.
- Portal activity. We record successful sign-ins, portal visits, play cards displayed, play details opened, counted views and access denials, with timestamps and account identifiers. We use these records to resolve access problems, understand portal usage and support members. A recorded display or view does not establish that someone read or understood a play.
- Notification preferences. We store your email-alert preference and registered push subscriptions, including delivery endpoints and encryption keys, so we can send alerts you enable. Delivery records help us troubleshoot and retry failed alerts. A registered push subscription does not prove that a device displayed a notification or that you read it.
- Security and administration. Session cookies keep you signed in; a temporary cookie protects the Whop sign-in process. We use a hash of the request IP address for login rate limiting. We retain records of administrative changes to plays and access.
Who can see this information
Authorized portal admins can view member identity, access status, notification status and activity records within their permissions. Members can see play view totals, including repeat and staff views, but cannot see the identities or activity histories behind those counts.
Cloudflare hosts the portal and its data. Whop supplies sign-in and membership verification. Resend processes email alerts, and the device or browser push provider processes push delivery. These providers receive information needed to perform their services and may maintain their own operational records. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.
How long records are kept
The detailed activity timeline uses a 90-day retention window, with older entries removed by scheduled cleanup. This does not mean every portal record is deleted after 90 days: account-linked visit and view records, login counts and last-login timestamps, membership records, and administrative history are retained longer and currently have no automatic expiration in the portal.
Processed alert-delivery records and webhook receipts are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. Expired sessions and temporary sign-in records are also cleaned up automatically. Provider logs and backups may follow different retention schedules.
Your choices
Use Set up notifications in the portal to turn email alerts on or off, or to disable push on a registered device. You can also manage notification permission in your device or browser settings. Signing out ends your current portal session; it does not delete existing records or turn off alert subscriptions.
The portal does not change its internal activity recording in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. This policy describes activity inside the portal, not monitoring your use of unrelated websites.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact Revolution Odds through our Whop page to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Include the email address associated with your portal account, but never send your password. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
Policy updates
